Last Monday, Clay and I took Elle out for her first adventure. In true Washington DC fashion, she had a very presidential outing!
We spent the afternoon wandering around Mount Vernon... or as Clay likes to say, we went to visit
'George and Martha's house'.
Since we went to Mount Vernon, Elle has also went to the shopping mall and Eastern Market to the farmer's market. She has truly had the DC experience in her first two weeks! Granted, she has slept through it all, but it still counts, right? :-)
