We spent the last week enjoying our annual trip to the beach with part of Clay's family. We had a great time and were glad that they got a chance to meet Elle already. I just hope they didn't mind having a 6-7 week old around all week!

Elle spent most of the week enjoying the view from her swing. We spent most of our time moving it from the beach, to the pool, to the living room. It was a very well traveled swing by the end of the trip!

If we did the calculations right, Elle spent the week with her 4th cousins Matthew (blue and brown shirt) and Caden (green shirt). They are 11 months older than she is. This is the only picture I took that had all three of them in it. Hopefully next year they will all be more cooperative! I don't even know my second cousins so I was pretty impressed by this family reunion :)

Elle turned 7 weeks old while we were at the beach - and has now been to both the Pacific and the Atlantic Oceans! Craziness! At least this time we didn't have to wear coats :)

The ride home - a week at the beach wears a girl out! And, she went to bed super early tonight - maybe we should go to the beach every week!
